This project was executed as part of the Hayarkon salvation project to restore the Yarkon stream and improving its water quality. The project was executed in 2011 by the Yarkon River Authority.
Lavi - Natif Consulting Engineers LTD executed the physical design of the project.
The project included:
Planning earthworks in both pools.
Planning various facilities made of concrete in the pools.
Construction planning of the walls at the pool's perimeter.
Construction design of pumping pits.
Piping system design.
